ABOUT THE MARS PERSEVERANCE ROVER (WHEEL ASSEMBLY DEMO) MODEL

This model serves as a demonstration and quality target for the full Mars Perseverance Rover model that's in progress. The target, initial size is 1:8, but other variants will follow, with the FDM/Filament options being larger! The part count on this demo is low and is easy to print, assemble and paint.

The Perseverance rover's wheels were specially designed for the harsh Martian terrain — this model captures the engineering of that design at 1:8 scale. The model will be provided with several text plate options and a flat ground option for diarama builders.
